Women aren't lacking data. They're lacking direction. Honr listens to how she feels first, then reasons across her labs, wearables, and history to give her one prioritized action a day. Built for midlife women.
Every morning starts with how she feels, not with a dashboard. The ring stays unanswered until she responds. Her voice is the first signal, always.
Labs from one portal. Sleep from a wearable. Symptoms from her own words. Honr sits above the fragments and reads them together, so two inputs from two sources become one clear picture.
Not a score. Not a feed. One thing today, chosen from a clinician-governed library and personalized to her. She honors it, and tomorrow builds on it.
Every check-in, lab, and signal sharpens her daily action.
Every action comes from a clinician-governed library, never invented.
Two inputs from two sources become one clear action, with the why.
Every check-in and every data point is read through these six lenses. The action she gets each morning comes from whichever one matters most today. Tap a domain to see the kind of action she gets.
Honr was built by a team of women in the thick of midlife themselves. Between us: decades scaling the health brands women trust, careers spent turning what women actually need into products they love, and our own mornings of waking up in a body that stopped following the old rules. We didn't build Honr as an opportunity. We built it because we needed it.
